Available Space
The Tech 1 building has available light industrial manufacturing, office, and lab space. Tenants include the University of Northern Iowa Metal Casting Additive (3D) Manufacturing Center and Design Lab, and the Cedar Valley Makers.
Tech 2, also known as the Green@TechWorks, will include the John Deere Regional Training Center, a Courtyard by Marriott hotel, an upscale bar named the Iron Horse, and conference space.
The 30-acre campus parcels are suitable for larger-scale manufacturing facilities. TechWorks is the first technology park of its kind in Iowa to combine world-class business amenities within a Brownfield industrial redevelopment project.
